I greatly need to put my thoughts in order before I speak with the Queen. After a long discussion with Scout: Realm, God's Eye Odeza and using a few of my accumulated favors with both Salandrahth and the Sightless hunters, I have need to prepare before I travel to The Elsewhere.
A few Key pieces I must remember, such as the Goblin Priestess, the accompanying Chief, The Forgemaster, You Khamere recent work, the political situation in the east. A discussion I simply must have with The Sage and the Necromancer when I return.
VIP identifyied inside the Goblin Clan calling themselves the Skullbrood. The young priestess named: Ilgor. No surname or family name identifiable, refered to as Illy by her clan. She was identified during a religious ceremony conducted by her people. Ceremony involved an archaic Fae tradition using Psilocybin producing fungi. She was witnessed to Dream Stride, confirmed by Scout: Realm. However, Scout: Realm witnessed Ilgor interacting with members of the Quartet throughout the entire ceremony. I cannot stress this enough, she must be protected at all costs. There is no resource that isn't expendable, all available information and resources must be used.
I met with the VIP in question on two occasions. The first time I was pushing King Avarrson toward the coming war front to assist our allies against the Caliphate. I must note that her voice, her voice, was drenched in the Great Mother's power and influence. It was only after this event that I sought out Scout: Realm to discuss this potential POI. She was able to confirm the above information. My Queen, we may have a chance we would be foolish to not attempt to interact with. We may have a way to enact the plan you have dreamt of for so long.
She appears to be enacting the will set inside the Great Mother's children at the time of creation. She is currently attempting to take control of her village. Setting them on a much more peaceful path that engages nicely with the Galus people. We should expend resources to assist her with this.
A potential problem I foresee after speaking with our Sightless friends, is that the current chief is truly a shadow touched soul. Shortsighted, no mind for diplomacy. Currently crossing swords, so to speak, with our POI. I will elaborate shortly, however, I foresee this Chief to make a mess of things with an important delegation that Galus is interested in seeing protected. May need to expend operational parameters with an expedited response if things go south.
As for the current political climate, the shadows are at it again. Another war is on the horizon as they continue to lose control over the pillars. They do not know the breadth of the folly they will create if this continues on for the next few centuries. However, our POI is poised to change that with the right nurturing.

Remincient to the old battleship cannons that were placed in the hands of Kyln and his giants. Either way this rediscovery of the technology will certainly turn the tide of war in the favor of Galus. I say this in a premeption to your question, My Queen. Yes, Galus specifically, not the Federation. I can see the technology being abused significantly in the future.
The Caliphate to the east has sent a delegation to discuss the dispute between the Federation and the Caliphate itself. Issue was discussed during our last meeting, pardon my briefness. I can't help but feel this is going to go poorly. I have advised the other two Dwarven Kings to move their clans to Huron as well, I'm hoping to bolster their ranks proactively. Making Huron a less suitable target for the Caliphate should this meeting go awry.
I must make a point to address the lamia in the future to discuss a more civil action, perhaps offer them a better citizenship than the Caliphate can offer, and turn them to the Federation side. Either way, the background information is set up for the humans and their wars. I wish to compose my thoughts on what Scout: Realm has told me in slightly more detail.
She spoke of our POI in the same way to the other God's eyes. I believe her to be a potential Wayfarer in the classical sense, with her being able to use many of the same powers granted to the Brownies, I truly do believe her to be worthy of being shown the truth. Barring any unforeseen instances that she learns it on her own, I wish to petition that the Silenced Tongues gag order be lifted on her.
