Tesperu Acosaphaura Character in The Fruit of War | World Anvil

Tesperu Acosaphaura (TESS-per-ROO Ah-KO-sah-FOW-rah)

Priik-Nalir

Tesperu was the third-eldest son of Devatska and Eraleon Acosaphaura. Along with his brother Tharseas he was a member of the Nalir of the Itoqir; both he and Tharseas would die in the Tikkiss Skirmish that marked the beginning of the War of the Six, with the nature of their involvement being the subject of much debate and controversy -- so much so that the morality and loyalty of the entire Acosaphaura family is mired in suspicion and disgust to the present day.   Although not as talented a soldier as his elder brother, Tesperu achieved the Priik rank and inherited the typical Acosaphaura loyalty and hardworking nature. He is remembered as being the livelier and more mischievous of his brothers, with stories of his antics and practical jokes still told among the Itoqir today, even if many do not know him as their origin.    Devatska termed him her 'spirited one'.
