Jarl of Clan Ironstone Kor Dornae
Kor Dornae is quite possibly the wealthiest Dwarf in Tolpereth. He is the Jarl of Clan Ironstone. Most of their wealth comes from exports of high quality finished tools and good quality steel ingots. He is noticably annoyed at the High King of Tolpereth, as he was among the nervous people who loaned the king money for the War of the Crowns and Kor has yet to see any any significant return on his investment (Banking is a recent expansion the clan has made and a lot of the investments are still maturing). A businessdwarf at heart, he will always seek to make a good deal. He is genuinely passionate about the economy and wanting to grow the GDP of the entire mountain range and Kingdom. He is working on an idea where multiple investors can split the risk in an investment by owning a percentage of things measured in “stock”. He has yet to fully refine this idea though. He is incredibly friendly, but will steer the conversation towards his favorite subject, business proposals and making money.
