The Broken World

The End has already come and gone. The "Old World That Was" is gone. Consumed by the Crimson Storms and the Calamity Beasts that emerge from them. Now, what few piece of landmass float above the Void. Clinging to life. The Fracture! A disperent mix of landmasses held together by the roots of the Deitree. Fed on the energies of the Void Below. With more isles slowly descending through the endless sky to join it. These smaller Isles form The Splinter. A scattered Skydom that dots the sky above the Fracture. What few people that still survive battle daily to rebuild a world already long dead. Yet even now, new seeds of life are emerging.   With the continued assaults of the Crimson Storms held back by the Expatriate Pilgrims of Gond in the skies above, and old and ancient technology to be found in the shattered ground below, this world stands on the brink. Will it rise like a phoenix? Or crumble into the void below....   Only time will tell.... But even now, the old gateways begin once more, to flicker into life....
