Tigri
Tigri was founded by Chieftain Noss Lost Tooth as a halfway point between Zalki and Rissrodkah.
Located along the southern shoreline of Lost Tooth territory, it has become somewhat have a tourist destination for residents in Nosru. It is mainly a port city, like Rissrodkah that serves mainly as the halfway point for ships sailing between Rissrodkah and Zalki. It focuses more on running supplies to and from Nosru and providing a nice place for sailors to rest.
The town has several pubs, taverns, and inn which provide sailors and travelers entertainment and a place to live. Gambling is rather big in Tigri with a few retired sailors setting up gambling houses by the port. Inside, visitors are able to gamble against each other with the house getting a cut of the bets. The houses provide a, somewhat, safe place for people to gamble. They have security, which often breaks up fights before they get too out of control. The streets the gambling houses are located, is also the location of different brothels and pubs with musicians playing on the street for tips. It is not uncommon to see an intoxicated Kobold urinating on the sidewalk, at day or at night. During busy nights, when several ships dock at once, the town is alive all night long. People walking the streets going from tavern to tavern, street performers set up on the sidewalk and play music. To sober ears, the different music combines into one irritating, obnoxious, off beat cluster of sound. Trickster's will walk the streets, tricking people out of their coin with simply obvious tricks using words and questions or slight of hand trickery. This often leaves the victims angry for a second or two but they will typically begin to laugh it off because, "Only in Tigri."
Tigri has earned the reputation as a party town. The residents there work hard, but play hard as well. With the pubs and gambling, there have been rumors of a thieves guild being formed to prey on the drunken sailors and visitors.
