Nosru
Nosru was founded by Riks Lost Tooth in year -89BU. He traveled deep into the jungle until he eventually came across some ancient stone structures. He became fascinated by this ancient ruins and established Nosru around them. The ancient ruins became known as the Ancient Ruins of Nosru, even though Nosru had nothing to do with them.
Nosru is a peaceful village with the Ancient Ruins of Nosru located directly in the center of it. The village itself is built into the jungle with special attention made to not interrupt nature. The buildings are made of wood gathered from fallen trees with thatch roofs. Despite it being pretty spread out, Nosru is full of life. You can see the villagers out during the day with their pets. The village has a couple of inns and taverns as well as a forge where ore is processed from the nearby mine just south of Nosru.
The citizens are easy going and enjoying having fun and being in nature. On every full moon, the village gathers at the Ancient Ruins of Nosru and have a party. The party lively with music, drinks, games, and fire dances.
A lot of time is spent by researchers trying to understand the ruins in the middle of the village. Unfortunately they are so old that finding anything out about them has been extremely difficult. For decades, researches have searched the site for any clues or anything that would lend more insight, but all have come up empty. Nothing is really known about the ruins, but each researcher hopes that they will be the one to find the big breakthrough.

Tourism
Since Unification, only a small handful of tourist have ventured into the jungle to travel to Nosru. There have been talks of improving the paths to make travel easier and safer, but a lot of villagers don't want tourist coming to Nosru. They are afraid that tourism would ruin the jungle and only cause problems.
