Personal history
Znitch was always really independent and strong for her age. Female kobolds mature a little faster than males and even though she was the little sister, she had a lot of fun beating up her older brother's bullies. Her youthful antics were a little risky. Lots of roof jumping, antagonizing local authorities and then outrunning them, a little bit of lighthearted pick-pocketing(nothing of real value, maybe some food or some coin to buy food from those she didn't like). Znitch kept her after hours mischief secret from her parents but not because they'd disapprove. They were so loving and understanding that her teenage rebellion state demanded she keep them out of her life so they couldn't have a chance to approve. As soon as she was old enough, she signed up to fight in the inter-clan battles. She liked raiding and ambushing and had a ton of fun with it. It was a disappointment when the clans united and the fighting stopped.
She now has a boring job working night security for a gambling hall and lives in a playful mess of a home with her three kids and her husband Gib. Gib is a down to earth wholesome guy. He is 16 as well and is a stay at home husband and looks after the kids. He's very kind and quiet but enjoys Znitch's limitless engery and ambition. The true secret is that he's her equal at swordplay but prefers the homemaker life to one of adventure. He stays at home while Znitch goes to her security job and takes care of the three three two year olds that get into their own mischieft.
The job is alright and it pays the bills but she spends most of the night making sure people aren't intoxicated and that nobody is getting too frisky with the staff or each other. It is while working here that she met Gharj Lost Tooth, a local thug and criminal. She has bounced him from her workplace several times. Now that he is banned and she won't admit him, he has taken it pretty personal because she physically removed him in an embarrassing way when he was intoxicated. They both are ready to throw down with each other whenever they see each other, regardless of situation.
Her husband watches the kids during the day while she mostly sleeps so even though they live together, they don't see each other that much. When she heard about the quests to explore the greater world, she approached Gib immediately about wanting to sign up. She figures she can make a great name for herself and take on the world in a great adventure and then retire to help raise the kids in a big estate somewhere exotic and exciting.
Gib is supportive of Znitch's adrenaline junkie side and understands why she wants to see the world and risk it all to get ahead. He didn't marry her because she was the boring, stay at home type. He's a homebody and socially awkward, so he values that she's outgoing and brave. Still, he's not helpless and they have gotten up to mischief together, before the kids came. Though, it was always Znitch talking him into it.
