Personal history
Qrap was one of the first generation of Kobolds to be born in the new world. He took over as Chieftain of The Blackfoot Clan after Chieftain Yiltzak Blackfoot was assassinated. He was part of the group that wanted to continue on following Yiltzak's teachings. He had no hard feelings against those who followed Olrun Bronzefoot to form The Bronzefoot Clan. He saw them as allies and maintained good relations with them.
However, since the assassination of Yiltzak, the Blackfoot's had become wary of the other clans. They strengthened their border protection. He did not actively seek out to harass the other clans, but if any clan came onto their territory looking to raid, they were quickly dealt with. During his leadership, The Blackfoot Clan had begun to blur the lines of neutrality. They still wished that all the clans would unite, but there no longer the clan that allowed just anyone to step into their territory.
Any trespassers were almost immediately stopped and questioned. They were searched and had to provide documentation from their Chieftain stating their purpose for being there. If this was not provided, they were escorted out of Blackfoot territory. They did accept refugees seeking peace from the other clans, but they were watched very closely until they proved themselves not to be a threat. The murder of Yiltzak had made the Blackfoot's very cautious of outsiders and their own protection.
Qrap spent a lot of resources boosting their forces and forging the best weapons they had. By the end of his reign as Chieftain, the Blackfoot's had a mighty fighting force that served as guardians of Blackfoot territory.
Qrap resigned from Chieftain on 71BU at the age of 52 and died a year later in a battle against The Bitter Dagger Clan
