Armaran
Armarans (Homo armarensis) are the most numerous intelligent species on Eridus, originating from Central Armara, having settled the whole of the continent in only the past 50,000 years. Notable Armaran civilizations include the Chonem, Markazi, Korsans, Khizri, Vuri, Hao, and Asharians.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Armarans are generally taller than most other Eridian species, and vary in skin tone from a blueish white (similar to Polarians) to a dark greenish tan (lighter colors have faint bluer hues and darker colors have greener hues).
Dietary Needs and Habits
Armarans are omnivorous, but like other species cannot synthesize Vitamin C and thus depend on plant matter to a higher degree.

Geographic Origin and Distribution
Across the continent of Armara and surrounding islands, can be found in lesser numbers worldwide. Cartian subspecies found on island of Cartia.
