Elgerlia, the Old World they call it these days. But I think "Old" would be the incorrect word. It is the heartland of culture and civilisation itself, home to the glorious Empire which I reside in. It is a beautiful masterpiece of the Gods, I tell you, with enough to interest peoples from all callings of life. For scholars there is a rich mix of history, culture, and geography over each region. For adventurers there are secret and hidden ruins to civilisations of a lost age, all full of valuables. For the holy there are countless religious sites and doctrines which the Empire allows for. For the mystic we have the safest routes to the Faar Isles and to the Magical Academy of the Golden Spire. Elgerlia is a mix of beauty and tranquillity and for those readers that do not live on this Old World already, I would recommend packing your bags this instant.

Elgerlia is the North Western continent in the Old World of Terralba, bordering the Untamed Lands to the East, the Frozen Sea to the North, the Elgerlian Sea to the South, and the Great Ocean to the West.
Elgerlia is covered in various biomes and cultures, forming 4 distinct regions; Elgerlor, Mylrondia, Skìrah, the Faar Isles.
