Ravenian Count
As of yet, the only known holder of the title has been Count Rolfe Rodrigo Schartenheiney the IV. That being said, the position comes with an overwhelming amount of responsibility. It is he who must monitor raw materials and gross national product, yes, but he is also the final say on matters such as health care and education curricula. Public health, in and of itself, is a huge task, and must be seen to with all of the gravitas such a subject deserves. It ties into public nutrition trends, exersize routines, and psychological wellness. The amount of work is astounding.
Yet the count loves his people so much, that he manages the healthcare and diet of every citizen in Ravenwood. He also adminsters Ravenwood's import and export brokerage, publishes the Ravenwood Rotary Aggricultural Almanac, and writes all of the content that the journalists of the land are allowed to publish. The Count orders every road and bridge repair, assesses every infrastructure complaint, and somehow manages to find time to adjudicate every court case and mete out every punishment.
The Count's tastes and sensibilities are evident in the population's everyday lives. Bridges and tunnels are named after him, parks and marketwalks are dedicated to him, and the entire administrative building, Rolfe Tower, is named after him directly. Whomsoever follows the current Count in the position will most certainly have their work cut out for them.
Qualifications
Rolfe is quite old; immortal, seemingly. This sort of longevity brings with it lessons that allow the types of societal advances the Count has engineered. If a new one is ever needed, they will document qualifications.
