Kysnscore is the mountainous land of dragons, the one of the two titan folk native to Teldir, and one of the most populous regions of small folk on Teldir. Once a feral land, dragonkind came together to end an era of near mindless killing between their brethren, forming a council known as The Delegation to bring their people to peace. When the War of Emergence began, the dragons brought the small folk into the Delegation to keep themselves strong against the assailing forces. The capital of Kysnscore is Redfell, a tiered city carved into a mountain where the Delegation meets, although there are numerous settlements and smaller towns in the countryside east of the mountains, though many of these settlements have are under the rule of once-despotic dukes and lords known as the Tyrants of the Hills. While many attempts to remove them from power has been made, they remain in their position due to their role in protecting Redfell from outside threats, economic alliances, or simple defiance.

Multiple factions of power currently reside in Kysnscore. The secretive, mask-wearing The Guild of Masks is dedicated to removing dragons from the Delegation. Syrika's Liberators vehemently fight against slavery and oppression of any form. The Curators are an order dedicated to the collection and preservation of knowledge. Finally, a criminal organization known as The Kingdom of the Beneath operates the underworld of Redfell, the underground layer of Redfell known as the Beneath.
