The Kingdom of the Beneath

The Kingdom of the Beneath is a large criminal organization based in an underground layer in Redfell known as the Beneath. The Kingdom is led by Tulzyrrn, a wealthy black dragon and brother to Vyrtangol, the black dragon delegate, with a selection of handpicked "Barons" to handle the more specific leadership responsibilities of the Kingdom.

Mercantile affairs are one of the main points of focus for the kingdom. They trade in items that cannot be found on the Standings above, sometimes illegal goods, sometimes simply rarer goods. The Kingdom is also one of the primary manufacturers of Wake Stones, a now common drug used among the small folk.

The organization is generally disliked by most of the people on the layers above them. While it is generally looked down upon by the delegation, the Kingdom has been proven necessary to the stability of the city's economy, although not many are sure exactly why. Tulzyrrn and his Barons sometimes make attempts to implant their members within the Delegation to support their own interests.
