Commander Milton Bentley-Keynes IV, RN, is the oldest son of the Archbishop of Canterbury, The Most Reverend Milton Bentley-Keynes III. Milton as he is most often called, grew up in close proximity to the Royal Family and was often at family events and functions, including Sandringham Christmases. With his close proximity in age to His Royal Highness, Prince Sebastian, the two quickly became fast friends. Dispite a family history of attending Eton, Milton was sent to boarding school at Harrow. He attended university at Cambridge before joining the Royal Navy Officer's Academy at Dartmouth. Soon after receiving his commission, Milton sought a commission with Military Intelligence division 6 (MI6), also referred more accurately as the Secret Intelligence Service (SIS). Bentley-Kenyes is thought to have participated in multiple global events in the United Kingdom's interests as well as having been noted as security for Royal Engagements and appearances.

Milton prefers more intimate ways of eliminating a target and his weapon of choice is a garrote. He has used fast acting, quickly injectable poison in a delivery devices not dissimilar to an epipen. He prefers these weapons as he finds killing from a distance cowardly.

Milton is openly homosexual. Reportedly, he was never conflicted about his sexuality and when he came out, he had no doubt that his family would accept him. He's had a few romantic friends. Bentley-Keynes attended Harrow boarding school where he excelled, both academically, athletically, and socially. From year 10 on, Milton rowed crew. Employment

Milton served for six months at then Her Majesty's Naval Base Portsmith before applying to the Secret Intelligence Service, commonly known as MI6. He was quickly promoted, following what could have been a disasterous action in Berlin. He was promoted to the rank of Commander. He continues to serve as an active member of His Majesty's Secret Intelligence Service.

Milton's has shown that he believes that the ends truly can justify the means. More often than not, this translates to violations of law in order to protect the United Kingdom from what he perceives to be threats. This includes murder, though he would word it as 'the elimination of threats to Britain. Despite the fact that Milton has no qualms about these actions, he has a rather old school way of thinking in that if one is going to take a life, one should have the decency and courage to do so closely. He believes that killing from a distance is cowardly.

Milton's sexual life can be considered to be taboo by many as he has a very particular set of tastes. While he does not oppose monogamy, Milton doubts that he would be well suited for it. Milton's judgement can be clouded at times by his blind loyalty to Crown and Country. His father has warned him that this level of devotion is unquestionably idol worship. Milton's response has always been that "we all worship idols, mine at least are a positive influence in the world." Additionaly, Milton has an unmistakable vice in his preference for group sexual encounters as well as some level of bondage and submission. This is likely because of a constant need to be in control of his life, that submission feels taboo and thus turns him on.
