The Hungry Fisherman
This large three storey building serves as the local inn for Pitchel it consists of a main tap room, large kitchen, and a function room that can be rented out for parties and special occasions. The second floor consists of various bedrooms and the third floor house the innkeepers rooms as well as a few small rooms for guests and employees.
Architecture
A Large Timber building with a stone lower floor, the roof is tiled with clay tiles brought down from Freeport. Behind the building is a small fence paddock with a stable for two horses.
The interior is painted white and the timber beams are black, the rooms are lit by wooden chandeliers. The Bar is made from cedar and painted black to match the rest of the timbers in the building. A staircase leads up from the tap room to a balcony above which has a seating area. From this balcony are two passages leading to guest rooms and another staircase leading up to the owners chambers.
History
The Hungry Fisherman was built by Rosina Kestle great grandfather and has been passed down through the family since then.
