Nemarian Elrond (a.k.a. Father of Death)

A human shaper that serves as the main tech behind Diezen mechan production, building several himself by hand. He is not considered a cultist within Angor's Diezens, but rather a full member just like the mechans he builds. He is wanted for crimes against humanity for his direct involvement with Diezen mechan development and construction. While Angor is the founder of the Diezens, Nemarian has been likened to the father of the Diezens. He's a man of wry humour and a short temper, one who does not suffer fools gladly.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Nemarian is a moderately muscled man with shoulder-length dreadlocks, kept out of his face with a deep green headband. A brand of the Diezens' fanged bull's skull is branded into the right of his chest over his heart. A scar crosses his chest with a slight upward slant from right to left, a reminder of a close call with Damon. His hands are rough and calloused from years of metalwork and working with machinery and the hauling of stone and wood that entails.

Apparel & Accessories

Nemarian's coveralls are perpetually coated in dirt, dust, and oil, obscuring their purple colour. When he wears it open, he has a sleeveless white shirt underneath. A purple Matrix Maigum hangs from a thin chain around his neck. Steel-toed boots keep him from injuring his feet on the scattered materials of his labs. His revolver is ever-present on his left hip, while a maiga powered drill sits in a holster on his right.

Accomplishments & Achievements

• Created the base pattern for mechans that the Diezens use today by reverse engineering one Altean mechan that was captured by Angor in the early days of the Altean/Diezen conflict.
• Has proven his usefulness to the Diezens in such a way that he still lives within the organization as opposed to the more disposable cultists that come and go.
• He has earned the title "Father of Death" with his inventions, a title he intends to wear to his grave and beyond.

Failures & Embarrassments

• He was exiled from Durhelm due to his use of live targets for testing his line of combat mechans.
• His shaping, while dangerous, cannot be maintained for long before he needs to take a break.
• His chest scar is a continual reminder that he cannot compete with Damon in a combat capacity, a bitter revelation as he regards the Altean commander as a rival in the field of mechan development.
