Viktor's signature weapon might be his knife, but in truth he has probably completed more jobs with his small crossbow than anything other weapon. Its like the quantity of knives, instead, that has given the non-descript Zennonaize assassin his nickname. He often carries a brace of knives across his shoulder, weighted for the throwing. Another pair of protrude from each of his soft, black leather boots. These are more suitable for close work. For prolonged brawls he favors the long knives worn on his belt, a somewhat matched pair - one of Blacksteel and one of Mithril. Finally, he keeps a few small, emergency blades about his body - the small of his back, his wrists, and even behind his neck.
Not all his blades are poisoned, either. Too dangerous. Often, he'll apply his favorite poison, extracted from the tines of a spiny fish found only in the cold waters of the Wartin Gulf, only to his throwing knives. His crossbow bolts, however, are invariably treated. A single shot in the dark his preferred method of completing a contract corresponds nicely with his curt personality, answering most questions with a single grunt and asking few himself.
Viktor maintains safe houses in several in and around the Confederacy and has been known to operate, always taking contracts from the Northwest Syndicate, as far south as Yaty and as far east as the occasional foray into Galencia and Grennig.
Completely non-descript in appearance and as likely to utter a complete sentence during a conversation than a monk who has taken a vow of silence, Viktor has risen over the years within the Northwest Syndicate to the role of chief enforcer. He has a reputation for meticulous planning and a shrewd assessment of the risks associated with any job, making him a deadly enemy.
