Lost City of Levantar
No one knows whether the stories of this seemingly magical place are true or myth. Local storytellers have countless yarns about its diamond covered buildings, faerie lights, and floating gardens. They appropriated these stories, of course, from the whispered babbles of goblin prisoners caught over the past century while raiding human settlements. Pleading for their miserable lives, Goblin will say anything, any Hinterlander will tell you.

Still, it seems odd that so many offer up the same tale of this wonder our city. Some scholars have theorized that there must be - or have been - a Levantar. It must have passed down through generations of goblins until it no longer remembers anything like the truth.
No one, however, has been able to find it to prove the tales true. The fact that no one has even made it to the Grey Vale to prove it false. Chetria - or some other divine force - has proven that she has no interest in allowing anyone to find it.
