With eyes as red as the blood of his fallen foes, Krathgar is surprisingly small for a Goblin chieftain. Considering that he has held that position within the Gor'krath Tribe for over a decade, a traveler in
the southeastern Rheuthengage Mountains might assume that tribe a weak one. Assumptions like that would invariably lead to said traveler's corpse - stripped of all valuables - and freezing along the side of Trans-Rheuthengage Highway, Krathgar's favorite place to raid.
The fur clad chieftain may be wiry and quick for his age, but it is not his physical prowess that has enabled him to thwart challenges over the years. Instead, Krathgar possesses keen wits, a proclivity for fire, and the arcane means to set nearly anything ablaze. With magics that range from a gesture that lights a candle to inane chanting that leads to a wall of infernos, Krathgar has put the laced the hearts of his subjects with a healthy dose of fear. Some have wondered how much of the power is his alone and how much comes from gnarled staff that he always seems to clutch in his right hand but after the chieftain immolated that last goblin to ask the question most of his subjects agree it is a mystery best left unsolved.
