Divine Range

As one travels east of the Eldorian Sea, one finds some of the wildest regions of Tarien. Serving as a barrier to its far southeast, a trio of mountain chains run vaguely north to south along over a hundred and fifty leagues in a vaguely "y" shape, covering nearly half the breadth of the land between the Eldorian and Heavenly Seas at its midpoint. Divided into three different chains - one named for the Lord of Light, another for the Velvet Lady and the third for the tumultuous parts of the day where they meet - they are wholly unexplored. Indeed, there rendition on maps comes solely from the those brave cartographers that drew their visage upon seeing their snow capped peaks from ships bobbing of shore, thirty and forty leagues away. One thing they all have seen are the two great volcanoes that tower above the mountains themselves, the northernmost one bathed in a seemingly eternal red glow and the southern hidden beneath a darkness that were it not so stagnant, one would assume to be a cloud of soot.
