NPA (Northern Prosperity Agreement) Partners: Suranth, Raechin, Deepwood
Allowance for the free and unrestricted trade of goods between these four nations, allowing for equal value exchange, based on market value, of goods. Raechin is the lynch pin, the central gear, the engine of the north. From her northern shores all trade to and from Suranth stops. Their roads are some of the best patrolled in the northlands, as they are so central to trade. Deepwood, Rohara and Suranth are her strongest allies, the four way trade agreements almost two centuries old, and having felt no need to change. They are also the northern edge of the so called 'Golden Sea', the agricultural heartland of the continent, so much trade flows from the south too, both strange and delightful items of curiosity from Susma and a variety of tasty, less hardy crops that are grown in the warmer lands of Valewyr. Raechin does have four seasons unlike Suranth, but her winters are 5-6 months long and desperately cold and harsh. Spring and autumn last only a month or so, a quick transition leading to a 3-4 months summer.

This pact is an oath to never raze, raid or otherwise willfully and violently interfere with the agricultural production in the heartland known as 'The Golden Sea'. It is also an oath to protect and defend the land, the people whom work it, and the food supply it allows us all to grow at any and all costs, against any and all threats. An oath to last in perpetuity
