Kiin claims to have spent some time there. Hannis Drelev has friendly relations with their leader.
Pitax may be unfriendly towards Rostland. An assassination attempt against Jamandi Aldori was made by Black Tears, Pitax's premier assassin's guild at the time. They also have a lot of anti-Silver Star propaganda and allegedly pressured Drelev into ceasing their trade with The Silver Star, an ally of House Aldori. They have also gathered a lot of dangerous intelligence on The Silver Star and attempted to stoke fear in the population of Ornisk with an operative, Grigori.
