What an asshole. Purple gnome who tried to kill Jamandi Aldori as part of a plot related to Pitax.
Some weird old man told us he was hiding in the Old Sycamore Tree. We're pretty sure he was hiding as the purple kobold Tartuk, who was causing a war between the Sootscale Kobolds and the Mites living under the tree. Tartuk stole both sides' 'Sacred Relics' (described as just... regular sticks) and sent them to an unknown entity before attacking the party. Ragnar pinned Tartuk to the wall through the heart with his rapier, killing him, but his body disappeared before we could get a better look, followed by a disembodied voice laughing and saying something about a jester.
