Sootscale Kobolds
A tribe of Kobolds who live under the Old Sycamore.
A troll named Hargulka invited the Sootscales to join his kingdom, which Tartuk and his kobolds have already joined. Chief Sootscale declined the offer. With Kiin's persuasion, the tribe has joined The Land of the Silver Star and now benefits from the food and increased reputability of the nation.
