Grigori

A rotund man with a punchable face and combover, Grigori is a member of a thief's guild in Pitax sent to Ornisk to launch a smear campaign against the leadership of The Land of the Silver Star.
Grigori made many defamatory claims, some more true than others, and caught the attention of some citizens before they were ultimately galvanized against him through stories of their brave deeds and just straight up facts about how much they've been helping people. He was ultimately arrested after falling out of the public eye and was investigated during a private trial, as it was decided that it would be harmful for the population to find out which of his claims were true and which were not.
Ultimately determined to be working for Pitax, the leaders mulled over his fate. Knowing that he would likely be tortured and executed if he returned to Pitax, but not willing to execute him themselves, they ultimately decided to imprison him for espionage.
