WE 2023 pledge

Worldember's happening again, how nice. Third one now.
This time, I have an extremely defined focus. I don't even need to make a to do list or anything of the sort.

Week 1: Area of Focus

Stringer and Mad. That's it.
I plan to write both of these very important characters' articles during December. Being very vital to the main story and also protagonists of the prequel, they both have a lot to write about, and their articles will be large- not quite as big as Quaken, but up there.
Unfortunately, I probably won't be able to draw many of their images, so that'll come later, I want to draw other stuff before that, notably Quaken's and the main gang's pictures in general. Still, the text is the most important, and I do have pictures for both Mad and Stringer;

Both are fairly good, I'd say, and don't need redrawing, so they'll at least be going in there. Expect the full, complete articles to be done way later next year, the WE version will likely be very simple in presentation. It will still feature the accordion-style sections Quaken does. Not that any of you could see Quaken's article, but still.
If I get the two done and have not hit the 10k goal, then I'll do something else. Most likely patching up and rewriting the Main Story Overview. I could also probably explore Ochtotne Prime, and make some new tech I still haven't, like C-chains.

Week 2: Prepare area of focus

1. Nah, unnecessary. It's two people, who are both largely well defined already, I just have to write all the stuff out.
2. The categories are already in place and decent enough. Me having already written both articles before, and now rewriting them on the same articles, nothing about the organization needs to or will change.
3. Same as before, the characters are already complete. I have a full idea of both, and just need to write the stuff out about them, that's all. And besides, I can rarely differentiate or distinguish what has or will inspire me, so no catalogues here.
What a nothing assignment. For me at least.

Week 3: Homepage preparation

Woo hey, another one that's not very relevant. Great.
I don't think there's all that much I can change about my world's homepage, it looks fairly decent as is. Not that I can do all that much as a lowly Master. Did do some changes a month, maybe, back, which were decent enough. I also made some small CSS adjustments a few days ago.
I do have those category covers, which will have drawn titles eventually, hopefully before WE.
Anyway, that's it. See you next week or something.

Week 4: Last minute prep

I got nothing.
I am on the discord, fairly active too, and will be throughout december and for the foreseeable future. I'm not going to do much prep in general, It's not much my style. I tend to write when I feel like it, and when I do, I often end up writing hundreds and hundreds of words at once. I can't, and don't particularily care to, plan around that or for it.
I did make this dumb as hell piece the other day, suppose that counts for something. It'll probably go onto Quaken's article one day.

Anyway, that's that. Now to wait a week. In the meantime, I will try to finish Hardened plasma and maybe Firearm Technology, at least the text part, as well as finish the category cover pictures. Have a good next week, the monthly update will be around then, and until then;
