Titan
Titan is the largest moon of Saturn and the second-largest natural satellite in the Solar System. It is the only moon known to have a dense atmosphere natural, and is the only known object in space other than Earth on which clear evidence of stable bodies of surface liquid has been found pre-colonization. In modern time is a famously militant moon home to what is often described as a Monarchy with a survivalist coat of paint. It is the site of the largest ship building platform in the system aside from the mega shipyard over Venus.
The Surface of Titan is immensely cold, however lighter EVA suits can be worn that focus on resistance to cold and gas masks instead of a full radio-protective suit. Some Titans specifically have been genetically modified so heavily as to be able to walk on the surface of Titan with merely a gas mask. This is not to say the moon is not terrifyingly cold. So cold in fact it has several large Methane Oceans which are the main source of fuel on the Moon.

Many methane stations on the seas speak of sea serpents under the methane seas, and indeed some worm like fish life has been found in the methane sea which baffled early human visitors. In which a hereditary line of the Arnest family run the moon as the decisioner for the Admiralty Board of Titan. The common belief is this system isn't about religious importance of the Arnest family, but that Monarch leads to stability, and centralized military state gives the Titans the power to rain hell on the Xenophage.
Being the most militant and totalitarian of the member states of the CC, they are often criticized within the CC. Multiple inquiries have been made on the rumors of forced genetic modification which was banned by the CC in situations not officially considered a Xenophage Crisis. There are also rumors of child soldiers and civil rights abuses. However, Titan society i highly nationalistic and suspicious of CC oversight, so these inquiries have largely failed to materialize much.

Geography
The surface is a mass of rocky soil, battle scars from the constant presence of xenophage, and ocean ravines. Its oceans also have intense tidal forces as they are based on the much larger gravity of Saturn. As such the geography of the surface is quiet intense.

Ecosystem
There are several cave and fish found throughout the oceans usually in the form of cold resistant worms. These seem to feed on something, but the full measure of the Moons biosphere has been difficult to discover. along with that are lots of microbial life as well as types of cold resistant algae adjacent materials.
History
Titan was always an object of interest to humanity as the only world to have surface liquid and a possible form of life. It was quickly a host of several research bases dotting the coastline of Titan populating it much more than any other body in the system. However this would slow down some as Europas own subice ocean life had captured the earths imagination first and thus research died down some.
Soon came Arnest Sons Inc, a family mega corp that intended to, rather than have ships take the long journy to and from the outer system, but build the ships over titan and ship Saturns Ice with newly constructed ships. Key to this was cheap methane fuel on Titan and thus this small family company quickly became a mega-corp with near full control of Titan.
Then came The First Wave which while percentage wise did not strike Saturn as much as Neptune and Mars still struck to deadly effect. With wildlife on Titan along with its natural dangers the Xenophage was able to keep up the fight permanently.
However, Titans ship yards allowed them to fight the infected ships on multiple fronts, and Rodger Arnest used these once convoy ship designs to turn towards warships. They would also deal in genetic modification making all the moons population into ready made soldiers. This at first brought the Arnest family and company much esteem however their own people, now militarized did not desire ruler ship by a businessman who simply owned a large ship manufacturer. That and the growing fame of the military leadership of one Imka Khumalo, chief of Arnests private military. She would after the Xenophage problem came undercontrol forceably remove Rodger Arnest, placing him under house arrest until he passed away, and married his daughter as to have some legal precedent, however empty, to take over his economic assets. Imka's rule would lead to the subjugation of several stations around Saturn and conflict with the Rheanite people around the body.
However mostly she is known for reinventing the Titan identity. They were a moon that alone fought back and won against the alien threat. She would create the title of Polemarch and a structured Centralized Monarchy claiming it the most stable government. She would also standardize the genetic template for the modern Titan, and form the specific task based subgroups. Colored scales to denote function within the military. However, she would also provide some rights to the civilian population, ending forced genetic modification, and providing support for the Infected.
However the war with the Rheanites would start again this time under the rule of Imka's child-in-law Johannes Arnest whom Imka chose personally. They would lead Titan to near victory, however, Rhea's alliance with Europa, and their more advanced technology scared Johannes into the diplomatic table. In the hopes of ending conflict in the outer system, the CC was formed, uniting all factions wall enshrining their federalized autonomy. This would lead to Johannes' early retirement, and the diminished importance of the Polemarch in favor of the Admiralty Board.
Despite some fear of foreign control, Titan benefited greatly by joining the CC. They had a massive technical boom, and became the bulk of the CCs military, earning them a lot of political capitol within the organization. They pride themselves on being the teeth of the CC and they have taken major roles. Famously their chief admiral Nelly Radix achieved great deeds in the Belt War and they take this reputation seriously.
However, not all is well. most recently the Prince Quintis Arnest rebelled against the Admiralty board and their father Polemarch Maxim over the diminished of the monarch. Despite their defeat quickly by Admiral Radix, Prince Quintis is still at large, and the famed stability of this military giant of a moon has been put to question.

Tourism
Some, usually out of interest of the methane ocean or adventures seeking this mysterious sea dragon. However, despite Saturn's known beauty, most prefer the moon of Rhea for tourism, and the reputation of Titans as being militant and backwards has diminished them.
