The Final Refrain

Political event

It a time of Civil War in the Tapani Sector. Tapani Confederation starships, striking from hidden bases from inside the Neutral Zone, lash out at the war weary Tapani Alliance of Worlds. The Alliance fleet, spread thin, tries to lure the Confederation out from hiding.

Elsewhere ... Smugglers, Nightsisters, and Reavers prowl the destroyed hulks, searching for treasure and survivors. Throughout Tapani space, the Alliance fleet is spread thin trying to engage the Confederates.

Meanwhile, far from the carnage of war, Emperor Gregor holds a Trade Summit between the economic powers of near-Tapani space, excluding the Confederation. Leaders of the Great Houses, Guild leaders, political leaders and other captains of industry are in attendance ... All in one place ... The Emperor's palace.

Adventuring cast:

• Sir Davish Tam as part of the Galactic Empire ambassadorial entourage
• Jedi Knight Kistra Zess, who uses a Force pike instead of a lightsaber, is the current contribution from the Jedi Order to His Imperial Majesty's staff
• KitKat, Mentat once assigned to serve House Vorpadaran but confiscated into direct service to the Emperor by imperial decree
• Lord Danar Vorpadaran himself,
• Lieutenant Commander Dizzy Anfisa, a pilot from Tapani Imperial Security Communications Division
• Emperor's Hand Yeager Lexics of the Alliance of Worlds
• Ehlonna Lexics, adopted daughter of MSgt. Lexics
