Stellar Republic of Thysh

The Stellar Republic of Thysh is a remnant of the Threshyk Empire. Records indicate Thysh and its surrounding colonies were actually in resistance to the Empire when it fell, with democratic values already rubbing against the imperialistic ones of the ruling power. Long-range communications systems allowed Thysh and its smaller neighbors to remain in contact with one another, and when a Starliner was finally completed in 9542 AF the systems were reuinited under Thysh's banner.
The Republic's population is primarily Threshyk though is 25% Yutiki (primarily from TEZ-132), 20% unaugmented Otrok (primarily from Nysha), and 10% Thugan.
The Republic maintains an isolationist policy. Believing over expansion and ambition lead to the atrocities and eventual downfall of the Empire. Space is vast enough that with a single Starliner they can keep their people fed and supplied and in a relatively content way of life.
