Cirelia

Cirelia is a mostly temperate terrestrial planet that is mostly if not fully, urbanized to some degree. The people and culture from Cirelia are called Cirelians, which are mostly humans and make up the majority of the planet's population.
Cirelia is a member planet of the Galactic Coalition.
It is believed that Cirelia was originally colonized by humans from Athea several millennia ago, probably by a generational-type colony ship.

Star System

Cirelia is located in the single-star solar system with eight planets, a handful of which have been settled and made habitable. The planet has three moons, including Ondea which has been settled by Cirelians for years.

Ecosystem & Geography

Cirelia is mostly habitable with much of the planet being covered in forests and meadows, however, most of the greenery has been removed and built over in favor of large urban areas. There are still some green areas, mostly in the highlands, due to people wanting to save and encourage more greenery on the planet, this also led to more large parks and greenery in urban areas.

Cirelia has been broken up into eight different provinces, these provinces do not include Cirelian colonies like Ondea but they function in much the same manner.

Population

The majority of the population lives in large metropolitan areas and cities. There is lots of infrastructure like trains and shuttles for transportation across the planet and between the regions and cities and most people -even those that live out in less urban areas- work city jobs and go into the city to work.
The planet’s population is mostly made up of humans, but there are many other species and cultures present on the planet besides cirelian humans.

Infrastructure

The planet has a lot of infrastructure, with cross-planet travel via train taking only an hour at most. Some more expensive train lines take only a few minutes to get from one side of the planet to the other.
