Natara City is the capital city of Cirelia. It is large, basically a megalopolis, with the city and its suburbs taking up most of the planet's Capital Province. The city is divided into boroughs and districts, called Sectors, that are often talked about as their own cities even if they are all part of the same city.

Old Town
Old Town is the oldest part of Natara city, with structures and archeological evidence dating back centuries, millennia even in some parts of the city. It is home to many of the important and historical buildings of the city as well as being home to many of the old antiquated buildings, many have been transformed and split into apartments and offices, with some being maintained as museums.
Old Town Shipyard
Old Town Shipyard is a historical ship port for
Spacecraft. The port is millennia old but has been rebuilt over and over again over the centuries so not much of the original structure still stands. the Port is still in use and often used for traveling off the planet.
Besides having areas for ships and shuttles to land, the area has lots of warehouses and hangers for the storage of goods, as well as spacecraft. There are also a good amount of mechanics and supply stores in the area.
Government Hill
Government Hill is a neighborhood in Natara City where many of the
government buildings and offices are located. There aren’t that many shopping or residential buildings in the area and the majority of the buildings are taken up by offices and some small restaurants and cafes where people may go for lunch.
PIB Headquarters
The
Planetary Investigation Bureau’s, called PIB for short, headquarters are located on the government hill in Natara City and are the main centralized headquarters for PIB operations, although the organization has a few other buildings that they work out of across the planet.
The building includes office spaces, meeting, and interrogation rooms; as well as labs for forensic research and a morgue for body storage and autopsies to take place in. There are also heavily guarded evidence and file vaults where information and evidence are stored and kept out of reach of tampering hands.
