High King Banpour, Tizac Saraan

Tizac Saraan is a career politician and current High King Banpour in the year 1267 AD. He first became known for serving as a cavalry commander and a judge in Sarran, who dedicated his post-military life to criminal reform, delaying the harsher punishments usually given to first time offenders and creating social programs to help people gain citizenship. He has been characterized as a champion of the poor and non-citizens, and is said to act and speak officially the same way he does casually. Because of this, Tizac is very popular with the common folk, seeming naturally more charismatic than many of his peers in government. As a seasoned veteran of war, a tactical mind, and a skilled politician, he is well loved by many outside of his homeland, which is very uncommon for one who holds the title. His rare ascent from enlisted man to High King remains a legend to this day.   To be as popular as he is has caused trouble in his court before, with some even accusing him of being a genie that can control the minds of the masses. He is a calm and just ruler, who takes action only in complete certainty, which he is able to do because of the Inquisitive order of Paladins he founded, Bhagavaan ka Hatth.
