The Crown
The Crown is the administrative third pillar of Banpour, and acts as a durbar, or noble court, where the High King Banpour holds all discussions regarding the state, administers the affairs of the state, receives visitors in audience, confers honors, and conducts business among other things. Its membership is dual: the court's grandees, such as the vizier and major jaghirdars (feudal landholders), shine at the ceremonies, but the real political and administrative affairs of state rest with an inner circle around the high king. There is some overlap between the two groups, but in Banpour the privy council is held after meetings with the general chancery to discuss privileged information.
