Nubium is the oldest continually inhabited cited outside of Earth for humanity. It is on the surface of Luna.

Nubium is a city within the Democratic Parliament of Luna, and follow DPL Laws. The city itself is run by a governor appointed by the Lunar Prime Minister of the DPL.
