Revoluna is the capital city of the Democratic Parliament of Luna, and follow DPL Laws. The city itself is run by a governor appointed by the Lunar Prime Minister of the DPL.
History
Revoluna was built near the ruins of the Aldrin habitat as a reminder to all in Lunar authority what the Lunarens were capable of enduring, and just how far they had come as a nation. From the huddled group of a dying, starving few to a strong nation who could pull its own destiny away from the Earth and into a future of its own choosing.
