Plaza of Dreams
The Plaza of Dreams is in the central part of the city of Elmazar, and placed between the Citadel of the Sky and the Zuram Plateau. This is a large open space where the ground is covered in a beautiful mosaic pattern, and the Time-Teller stands in the middle as a natural central point.
The Plaza is where larger public festivals are held, as well as the occasional market. It's a lively place even when there isn't any festivals or markets, since it's a natural area to go through to travel between Elmazar's different city districts. It's also a natural meeting point for people that aren't too familiar with the city. Since it's such a lively place there is almost always at least one performer of some sort in the Plaza, hoping to earn some coins from the passersby.
Being a place where a lot of people travel through is not always a good thing. The presence of the Rustfeather Lodge has made it necessary to have patrolling city guards in the area.
