Luger Vanderson
Luger is a devilkin smuggler from the Shimmerlands, looking for his big break in the Uferbrech Archipelago. Has no qualms selling people out for cash, but only if it won't hurt his ability to continue work. Making money delivering for both Protectorates and goblins. Has been known to deliver unsavoury cargo and doesn't ask questions.
Currently, he is smuggling weapons and that have been stolen from the Protectorates and scavanged from the wreckage following the Drowning at Telela.
He has contacts at Camp Thrifty as well as within omberstad, where he has access to hidden tunnels that run from outside the town direct to the wharfs of the Pilons.
