Accomplishments & Achievements
Failures & Embarrassments
The Death of Musit II
When married to Xiqgiohe, Arwyn sired several children, one of them was a son, Musit II, named after Xiqgiohe's father Musit I. On one of his trips from home to learn new magic, Musit II, now a man, had joined his father on the several-year-long journey, longing for his father's attention. Father and son journeyed to a Prayer World in service to the Temple of Khaos, guided by a pilgrim, Blan, who had promised Arwyn the secrets of Khaos Magic and mastering Astra: Imaginary Techniques. They remained under the tutelage of Blan the Black for a handful of years, Arwyn caught on fast to chaos magic, but Musit was a slow learner and found the magic queer and foul.
His hesitation came to a head one night during a summoning ceremony where he either failed or refused to partake at a certain point, this act displeased whatever foul being was on the other side of the portal who took Musit II into the Khaos Realm, forever. Arwyn was outraged at the death of his son and was prepared to do everything in his power to reopen the portal, but he could not. Blan revealed that it was no summoning ceremony but rather an Offering Ceremony, Arwyn was so close to gaining mastery over Khaos Magic, that all that was left was a sacrifice to cross the final border. What better offering than one's flesh and blood? And besides, Arwyn had more children and Musit was holding him back, the boy was made for farming, not magic. Deep down, perhaps Arwyn wanted to mourn his son or lash out at Blan, but he felt the new khaos magic wash over him mixed with Blan's silver tongue, and guiled himself. He had lost everything when his House fell, he was entitled to his revenge, but Xiqgiohe would never understand Blan pointed out. He could never return home, better she thinks they both met some grizzly end in the cosmos than learn the truth.

The Black March
Blan the Black was a Pilgrim for the Temple of Khaos and commanded his army of six Legions, 65k strong each. The Legions were composed of all sorts of beings. Although Blan commanded the Black March, Blan was subservient to Arwyn for the duration of their Indric war and thus commanded the March as well.- Champions of Chaos: Beings who had embraced khaos and received many cause-effect breaking boons as a reward.
- Lords of Chaos: Beings who were skilled in khaos magic but lacked the favor of various khaos gods like a champion.
- Khaos Knights: The most common type of soldier were Khaos Knights, which were beings who were skilled or masters of khaos magic, regular magic, and all other arts of war.
- Greater & Lesser Khaos Daemons: A Khaos Daemon is a being who was native to khaos and was moved to Realspace, they are invincible when a Realm Tear is open but otherwise can be felled. Lesser Daemons become Greater Daemons by eating SOULs and increasing their power to remain in Realspace. The Black March could create hordes of Lesser Daemons with ease on a battle field by planting Khaos Seeds or even opening a Realm Tear.
Family Ties
The Children of Hy'Evarddhin
Before the Fall of the House of Dae, when Arwyn was still Lt. Colonel Arthwydron Baldurnacharys al-Loawlly, he was married to Lt. Colonel Hy'Evarddhin Blaifiryn al-Helairamur of another Gen within the House to join their bloodlines. Hy'Evarddhin and Arwyn had served together before on several campaigns before their engagement and so the match was not entirely alien. Hy'Evarddhin and Arwyn were married and only ever had one daughter from their union before the doom befell their star system. Neither of them survived the decimation of Daeryn.
The Children of Xiqgiohe
In a realm tucked away in some corner of the cosmos, was Xiqgiohe, a daughter of a successful Satyr Lord who managed a small farm. Xiqgiohe was set to inherit her farm from her father with his comely husband, Arwyn, who had landed in their realm shortly after escaping slavery from the Les Pélicans pirates. Arwyn was at one of the lowest points in his entire life with no purpose or direction but found something akin to home with Xiqgiohe and her large family.
Arwyn had several children with Xiqgiohe, they inherited the farm, and he had begun to find peace until his pursuit of magic began. It was minor at first, sometimes asking after the old Great Sages of the realm or seeking to practice new magic to "keep in shape", but it steadily grew from there. His attention shifted from the farm and his family as he began to pursue and track down more and more powerful techniques, arts, and artifacts, some part of him still seeking revenge. His obsession and carelessness drove him and Xiqgiohe apart and he was soon removed from the family altogether.
After Arwyn founded the House of Ryah, Xiqgiohe, and her family were cannonized into the House as the Xiqgioheid Gen. Xiqgiohe never forgave Arwyn for the death of Musit II.
