Deveran
Deveran is a human city several hundred miles away from Selwyn, across one of the branches of the Thorned Wood. Deveran is at war with the neighboring country of Palto. The city is the capital of the Gray March, a semi-independent territory of the Empire of Rantoran.
Deveran's patron deities are close friends of the Phoenix Queen.
