Ren'Bir
Ren'Bir is a Karakar elf who lives in Deveran. He's a slim, detail-oriented man whose goal is to record the full details of the conflict between Rantoran and Palto. He's easily distracted by details, and doesn't care which faction he associates with, so long as he safely acquires the information he desires. He tends to be far too literal in regards to statements made by others.
Bir is a pale-skinned man with silver eyes and messy, mid-length red hair he's constantly meaning to trim.
