Golden Dominion

The Golden Dominion is ruled by the dragon Resvarygrath from the Obsidian Palace above Dragonreach. The kingdom abuts against the northern steppes and is adjacent to Selwyn, Ovara, the Frostglades, and the Thorned Wood.
Bandits are almost unheard of in the Golden Dominion. Resvarygrath really doesn't like bandits and thieves and cracks down hard on them. The guard keep an eye out for them, too, so no bands that spring up last for more than a couple of weeks at best.
The Golden Dominion and Selwyn are almost in a state of war. Selwyn's king was killed nineteen years ago in a border skirmish between the two.
