Ryukari is infamous in Ralaneas for her unexpectedly destructive physical strength capable of easily shattering bones. She is almost never seen without her partner and best friend Fio, typically stopping her from committing any unnecessary murder. Although she fights crime as a vigilante, she is very energetic and easy to get along with. Woe betides the thug that draws her ire, as their skull will likely be in seven different pieces by the end of the night.

Her body is athletic and fit with toned muscles to match. She possesses enough stamina, speed, and flexibility that some opponents refer to her as a monkey.

Special abilities
Ryukari uses magic to enhance her strength and endurance, allowing her to deliver punishing blows and survive lethal strikes with minimal damage. It's no Survival Enhancement, but it helps a lot.
Apparel & Accessories
Ryukari is often seen in a red tank top with a serpent-like dragon coiling near the armholes. She also wears a pair of shorts with light armor plating on them to protect her from any blows to her upper legs.
Specialized Equipment
Aside from a pair of reinforced gauntlets that adds power to her punches, she doesn't really use any special weaponry. Just good ol' fashioned fisticuffs and bone-shattering kicks.

Personal history
Not much is known about Ryukari's past at all, and despite growing up with her, Fio refuses to explain anything. Ryukari isn't actually her real name, however. She claims she changed it after a certain incident she and Fio went through in the past.
At some point in her adolescence, Ryukari and Fio took to vigilantism, cleaning up their city wherever they went and collecting money from jobs when needed. She's often responsible for stopping the latter from killing people that can still be reasoned with.
"Huh? Why 'Ryukari'? Well, it just sounds kinda cool, doesn't it?"

It is unknown if Ryukari has ever gone through some sort of trauma in the past, but she appears to grow visibly sad upon talking about parents.
Morality & Philosophy
Unlike Fio, who sees murder as something that can be justified if someone is that bad, Ryukari seeks to arrest or at least incapacitate her targets for law enforcement after a fight. This had led her to stop Fio from killing certain targets if the alternative option is more beneficial in the long run. That being said, Ryukari is more than willing to step up and finish a job herself if she doesn't have a better choice in the matter and the enemy really is that evil.

Ryukari wants to get rid of the organized crime families in Ralaneas, as she is tired of seeing people get exploited for selfish reasons.

Ryukari is very uncreative with names, which becomes obvious to people that know her. For example, she was responsible for naming her friend group the Nameless Vigil, and although it fit their theme of having aliases to refer to each other by, it was mainly named that way because she couldn't think of a better one.

Very selfless and can get along with just about anyone. Whenever someone needs to be talked to, Ryukari is usually the one to step up and try to lift their spirits. Because of her friendly nature, she tries to prevent unnecessary death when possible.

Ryukari is somewhat of a womanchild, being rather immature and impulsive in how she acts. Her excessive cheerfulness can rub people the wrong way, causing them to believe that she is much more insensitive towards the plights and sadness of others than she realizes.

Relationship Reasoning
Ryukari used to be put off by Makarova's icy attitude but eventually grew to care for her as if she were family. Makarova sees Ryukari as a bit of a womanchild, but knows she means well for her circle of friends. Though Makarova's constant traveling prevents them from seeing each other as much as everyone else, she greatly looks forward to the days when the "Ice Queen" visits Ralaneas once again.
