Inma Serin (In-ma Se-rin)
Demographics
Inma Serin has a largely elven population, with small populations of humans, halflings, fey and genasi. It is relaively closed off despite being the capital city of Prosea, however, it is also a port city, and so small pockets of naval traders do enter in and out of the city.
Government
Inma Serin is governed up the law of the Order of Elders, who proside in the ancient City of Elders, O'va Nalore. Whilst there are local administrative and judicial officials in the city, it is largely governed from afar.
Infrastructure
Inma Serin is a port city, which resides on the Prosean coastline. It has large docks and harbours, and resides close to Prosea's naval base, which lies southwards.
There are many bridges in Inma Serin due to its positioning on an inflowing river coming from the sea, many of which survive from the city's founding in 463 AC. These bridges are paragons of Prosean architecture - a delicate, elvish style of building.Districts
The city is made up of several large courtyards, around which the city is organised. These spaces are often hubs of reflection, music, theatre, or act as large gardens which are shared communally within the city. Around these courtyards are residential areas, commercial areas, and market places.
Points of interest
The main attraction in Inma Serin is the large temple of worship in the western courtyard in the pantheon of Tereshi gods worshipped by many of the elven inhabitants. As one of the oldest places of worship in Roralion, it is often a place of pilgrimage and reverence for many followers of Tereshi.
