Meet the "Ugly Bunch," a motley crew of nasty pirate stompers based in Palm Harbor. They're not your typical heroes; half of them can barely hold a conversation without grumbling, and the other half would rather be left alone. But when it comes to dishing out brutal justice to unapologetically evil foes, they're the ones you call.   Hired by the Tiefling pirate Captain Analista of The Princely Pauper, their latest gig is a bit of a twist. They're tasked with taking down a new group of cutthroat pirates who've been disrupting the delicate balance of power in Palm Harbor. As they board the enemy ship, weapons at the ready, they can't shake the feeling that there's more to this job than meets the eye.

  As they navigate treacherous waters, both literal and metaphorical, the "Ugly Bunch" will have to rely on each other's unique skills and questionable morals. Whether it's Vorgannan's stealth, Rhenaia's seasoned wisdom, Meera's brute strength, Raewyn's healing, Dorak's chaos, or Aswang's moral complexity, each has a role to play in this high-stakes adventure.
