Proviss of Pradka

The title 'Proviss of Pradka' is noble title that signifies authority over the traditional Grey Counties that lay between the Yarrow River and the Eiaku Hills that tumble down from the Palantars. The title has generally been held in conjunction with the lordship of Pradka, which is the principle settlement of the province, however, this is not always the case.
