Aimo
Aimo is an important goddess within the The Hallowed Faith, being generally worshipped as the goddess of fertility and love by its followers. Aimo belongs to the important group of gods known as the Alkutari, these gods are children to Tuono who is revered as the primordial god who gave creation to all other gods. Though the Alkutari are amongst the most important gods to the Hallowed Faith mythos, they are not always worshipped in great numbers by comparison to their more specialised descendants, Aimo, however, is an exception and is perhaps the most widely worshipped deity within the religion. Aimo is second born of the Alkutari, the creator gods, and she is considered the most talented creator of them all. Aimo was indeed the god who created the first being to wonder Tuono's Corpse, first the Partekti, then humans who would eventually fight the gods in a great war. As her creations, Aimo spent much time nurturing them and offering them protection, being seen by humans as a holy mother.
The Partekti were the first creations of Aimo, they were tall and powerful beings, closer to being demi-gods rather than humans. Many of the Partekti were partners to the gods and would give creation to further gods as such, though they had little impact on the nature of these offspring. The Partekti would eventually become close to extinct, many being killed during the War between the gods and humans, many more being killed afterwards by humans who had sought to hunt them out. Those who would survive would largely lead secluded lives in remote regions of the world, lost to everyone, even the gods and Aimo herself.
