Hall of the Valiant

The Hall of the Valiant is the main base of operations for the Guild of Delvers. This building is easily one of the largest in Elysium.

Purpose / Function

Acting as the base of operations for the Guild Leadership, this building is also where other guilds can place formal requests of the Delvers for missions into layers of the Underground. Like all Guild halls, this is also a location where The Council can hold meetings for the government. There are also some barracks for recovering Delvers or Delvers-in-training.

Architecture

The Hall of the Valiant is formed very similar to a castle in its design. Made of the traditional stone, iron and wood of the city, the building is very blocky in comparison to the other buildings around it. However, it is festooned with many different banners of Delver groups of various colors and designs so the building is quite colorful in contrast to others. The Hall also has a central courtyard for Delvers who want to do any practice fighting away from the public eye.

Defenses

Since this building is built like a castle, it does in fact have built in defenses. It is meant to act as one of several last defense points in the event something were to breach the city. It has defensive stone walls and arrow slots to shoot from.
