An ex-member of the party , Thurbon the dwarven lich is a recent ex-apprentice of Azalin Rex who stole freed his master's most recent experimental subjects prisoners and dashed them away to Richten Haus. Living in Darkon has taken a toll on the dwarf's memories, however, and he no longer recalls the faces of his old friends convinced he has lived in the eastern section of Darkon his whole life.
Having been the proxy Azalin used to actually develop and cast a new spell for casting a small group's minds back in time, Thurbon is willing to use the spell on willing participants and aid his old new friends in playing out Hyskosa's Hexad, without Azalin's influence.
