Bahamut

Bahamut is a newly discovered though already controlled magical summon of Leray magic last seen in the country of Polarium. Bahamut is an unusual and unknown creature, as the owner of this creature is yet to be known. The creature is quite large and has a special metallic structure to its body, including its own wingspan. Other than the vast amount of skills and magic spells it has learned in time, the flying creature is of unknown origin, and much about the structural body of Bahamut seems less natural and more artificial than all the other summoned creatures. Though there is not yet enough data or proof, this raises the question of whether a magical summon can be made artificially to serve a specific master.

Anatomy

Bahamut has the appearance of an ancient southern dragon, but also contains many odd variations that appear more mechanical than natural. Bahamut doesn't have the ability to change his form, though he does come from the magical dimension. The metal wings on Bahamut are the most unique physical qualities of the creature. All 48 segments of its wings have mechanical and electronic circuitry inside, charged with an unusual source of energy. The wings connect together using this kind of magic, and therefore can separate mid-flight and move or fight with separate actions from Bahamut. Bahamut has the ability to launch its own wings away, and telekinetically control their movements for various reasons. Each part of these long bladed rods of wings also has rear thrusters, increasing their flight speed at random. These wing parts can also combine and condense, giving Bahamut more flight controls than he would ordinarily have. Bahamut employs powerful physical attacks using this strategy, which is advantageous against any structures or vehicles coated with magic-resistant metal.


Bahamut has lots of metallic armor around its body, adding levels of protection against all forms of attacks.
