Matrix Mine
Matrix Mine is a summon ability not learnable by humans, specific to Bahamut. The Matrix Mine spell is a highly unique ability that spawns a swarm of digitally intelligent floating spiked mined, each device with its own movement capabilities and thrust capacity. The ability launches somewhere between twelve and eighteen matrix mines. When activated, the mines all lock-on to a specific enemy, and use any means necessary to get within detonation range of the target. The mines have small but powerful internal thruster packs to boost their speed, but also float, move, and shift around the airspace using reverse kinetic magic fields. The mines only explode when in range of Bahamut's designated target, but deactivate if their preset timer of 200 seconds ends, without detonation. The mines may explode prematurely if hit by stray magical spells.

Manifestation
The initial launch of this spell reveals that each Matrix Mine detaches from Bahamut's mechanical body, mysteriously generated to impressive specifications for complex numeric capabilities. These mines are about half a meter in diameter, spherical in shape with many spikes and antennas poking out from the exterior central core. The mines have limited movement speed, though their limited fuel-enabled afterburner thrusters can change that in a high-speed chase situation.
Each Matrix Mine has various sensors on the outside and inside of the metallic device. Its armor appears to be resistant to many physical elements, including bullet-proof coating to the armor, and a shell difficult to crack with ordinary Leray magic. The sensors and behavior on the mines indicate they run a strong artificial intelligence program, but this is uncertain, as Bahamut may retain direct control over the mines.
The mines launch from right under the metal wingspan of Bahamut, presumably from some kind of storage and mechanical launching pods intended for other types of drones. The regeneration of these mines after detonation is not understood. When they explode, magical damage is inflicted, while an additional effect of gravity-rejection aura is released, pushing any nearby object away with impressive force.
